With a bit of pushing and shoving plus lots of tape our bikes managed to get packed away.

The bikes were the last thing we packed - and this photo was taken just before the tape went on to close up the lid. One more (World Cup Interrupted) sleep till departure.

So this is what Back Packing with a bicycle looks like!! Once you get get the bike out of the box life gets a little easier. Our bicycle pannier bags are stored in the red and white striped bags :)

Lima Airport

Our journey from Sydney to Cusco took around 38 hours and involved a number of stop overs, the longest of which was 6 hours in Lima airport - from midnight to 6am. The
